The crew was very professional in dealing with our fire. I was very satisfied with their work and I would use them again if I needed their services.

The workers were very nice and took time to let us know what they were doing as they worked on our home after the fire. They always called ahead to let us know they were on the way.

They arrived quickly to my house when I called and the workers answered all my questions that I had about the fire restoration process.

The SERVPRO staff were courteous and took time to discuss the whole fire restoration process with me.

I recently had a classmate of my sons have a fire in their home. This was a single mom with 4 kids and no renters insurance. The fire was pretty bad and all this family was looking for was to be able to salvage some keepsakes. I called Tricia at SP of DeKalb  early on a Saturday morning and explained the situation.  She offered to drive to pick the items up right then and there,I thought that maybe they wouldn't even be consider doing such a small job. She assured me they would love to help this family out. The family was thrilled to have the help and have such precious items restored. Thank you SERVPRO of DeKalb County for such great customer service and giving this family a bit of comfort in such a stressful time. My husband and I are small business owners in the area and I will certainly recommend them to everyone.
